Every year, around this time, Penge High Street turns into a lovely glowing tribute to our favourite holidays of the year. Once again the lights have been funded by locals, with regular events and the calendar sales topping up the funds. We are as always indebted to the Barringtons, Ian and Judy, at Designer Drapes, who sporting their Penge Traders Association hats have done so much to raise cash to deliver these wonderful results. Their own shop front tribute to the Nutcracker is a particular highlight.
Don’t forget to enjoy the special Christmas event on Saturday 8th December: Pengemas. Santa, stalls, music and fun.
