PTB’s Halloween Trail was all about the ghouls…

For the second year running we joined up with the Penge Traders Association to present a spooktacular event in Penge….  And my word, it was truly monstrous!

Based on the number of treats gorged by the ravenous hordes of little beasties that converged on the High Street, Maple Road and Penge Lane, we estimate over 500 little witches, vampires, werewolves, zombies, mummies and even a ghost train (!) attended.  Add their assorted parents and guardians, many of whom were also dressed up (we especially liked the honey monster!), and you get an idea of how busy the event was.

The trail started at the Bridge House with a face painter and ended with a huge party at the Goldsmiths. In between there were bubbling blood couldrons, special spooky art and ghostly lairs aplenty.

We had a wail of a time (geddit?) running it and hope you all enjoyed it too.

We’d like to thank each and every one of the marvellous SE20 businesses who took part:
