As a little fun for the families of our lovely part of South London, we have organised a Halloween Trail. The rules are simple: At 4pm on 31st October 2015, local children, parents and reps from the Penge Tourist Board (PTB), suitably attired in ghoulish gear, will commence their walk from outside the Bridge House Pub along Penge High Stree and moving down the high street finishing outside the Goldsmiths Pub. They will stop at any shop with a special poster in the window (PTB will provide these to you) stating that the owners are participating in the PTB High Street Halloween Trail and collect their treat, before moving onto the next shop involved. The event will end at 5:30.

Can anyone tell me if you have to start at 4 or can you just start at any time between 4 -5.30 and anywhere along the route? Thanks in advance

Yes, you can start any time after 4. It ends at 5:30 though.
