The toilets were the subject of an arson attack that has delayed the sell off of them. Like your idea though.

Brilliant news that the plans have been set for Penge, we will really enjoy all the new changes that will lift the economy and spirit of Penge and new businesses will come and settle here. We would love to see the old toilets used for a creative studio space for those who have heaps of talent but need a structured supported space to develop as artists. What else could it be used for….are there plans to redevelop the old building.
